Legal Accounts Refresher Training 2024 - Solicitors Accounts Regulation

With the introduction of new Solicitors Accounts Regulations in 2023, increased scrutiny of accounting matters by the Law Society, and continuing changes to the legal accounting systems environment, the role and responsibilities of the legal accounts team in Irish law firms has changed significantly in recent years. We at Outsource have been providing support to these accounts departments for over 20 years and understand that staying abreast of these changes can be difficult, particularly for smaller firms where responsibilities for accounts may rest with just one or two individuals. In light of this, we have developed a refresher course consisting of two one-hour sessions which look at the common issues faced by the legal accounts teams, the key accounting controls which every firm should have, and the practical impact of the new Solicitors Accounts Regulations for Irish firms.
